Geschillen zullen uitsluitend worden beslecht door de Nederlandse rechter. Voor zover door nationale of internationale rechtsregels niet dwingend anders wordt voorgeschreven, is ten aanzien van alle geschillen tussen partijen uitsluitend de rechtbank Noord-Holland, locatie Alkmaar bevoegd daarvan kennis te nemen tenzij Sieval Advocaten als dagvaardende of verzoekende partij kiest voor de rechtbank die op grond van het toepasselijk regelend recht relatief bevoegd is in welk geval deze bevoegd is.
